The good news is - much longer than helium balloons!

Air-inflated balloons have a longer shelf life due to the bigger size of air molecules (#science), which leads to a slower rate of diffusion.

Garlands and mosaics can last up to 3 days, or more, depending on how and where they are stored.

The usual caveats for balloon care apply, so many factors can still contribute to their longevity like exposure to the elements and temperature.

Despite their longer shelf life, we still strongly encourage opting for delivery or collection on the same day as your event. However, you can totally arrange to collect/deliver them in the morning, as opposed to the recommended 1-2 hours before for helium balloons.
